About
Antonina Guarino is the third of four children, the daughter of an Italian-Argentine father, and an American mother. She grew up in an Irish-American enclave in Boston. Antonina has been a writer and storyteller since the 80s when her brothers began sledding off the roof while their mother was at work. After attending Reed College, and living on the West Coast as a post-grunge hippie for several years, she graduated from Boston College in 2000. Antonina has since published numerous journalistic articles in the realm of consumer, business and legal issues, copy in the name of smiling, sex therapy, and humor, and is producing a multimedia children’s storybook, Fran Tilly’s Apple Cake - a story about a creative and entrepreneurial woman who looks beyond commercial success for happiness- and finds it. Antonina writes and performs comedy in Manhattan, where she currently resides.
